FAQ

What types of animals do you treat?

We primarily treat dogs and cats, but we also care for a wide range of other animals, including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small mammals.

How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled by phone. Please call us at (323) 258-2122, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?

Please provide any previous medical records, a list of current medications, and your pet’s favorite treats or toys. For exotic pets, please bring photos of their enclosure and a list of any supplements.

What is a Fear Free visit?

A Fear Free visit focuses on reducing your pet’s stress and anxiety through gentle handling, a calm environment, and positive reinforcement. Appointments may move at your pet’s pace, and we may recommend pre-visit medications to ensure the most comfortable experience possible.
